Hellllllllllllo!
It’s been a while hasn’t it?! 🙂
Well we haven’t gone far, The New Year came in with a ROAR and a basket of happiness for us both.
This post reminds me of the size of our RL Blessings, DINO HUGE LOL.
Fort NoWhere is owned by the talented Wanders Nowhere.
This sim has some of the most unique, & awesome avatars for sale here.
Revan and I grabbed the 2 freebies offered which are pretty cool in themselves

We looked through the vendors & bought the Dinosaurs we fancied, and then proceeded to the ground level for a look around.
This sim has a simple layout, similar to what it may have looked when Dinosaurs roamed.
Sound effects, Smoking Volcanos, crunchy underbrush in the forest adds the the immersive RP.
We had a ball as we battled with LOUD trumpeting growls and snarls as we charged.
Kicked up dust stomping and running. Splashing in the water or munching on green or flesh.
Wanders the busy creator is very friendly, accomodating to visitors and, loves to hear feedback.

Revan and I are always exploring dozens of sims per day.
We’ve come across so many beautiful & fascinating destinations in Second Life.
Some places are very small, and not much to them to do a full post on,
but still made a big impression on us that we saved landmarks to revisit at another time.
You can imagine the substantial collection we have, we like just about everything lol
With so many LMs in possession, We thought to condense some choice favorites in categories.
Our picks in the “3 Realms” series will be of the Arts in this post.
Art forms in SL are interestingly diverse, With unique perspectives and creativity.
Please take time to support the Art community, refer and patron them frequently.

The Terracotta Soldiers (TP)
This SL replica of ancient funerary art is AMAZING.
Here are the RL facts for this: In 1974 these figures were discovered by local farmers in the Lintong District, Xi’an, Shaanxi province.
The figures include warriors, chariots and horses, & varied in height according to their roles, with the tallest being the generals.
These terracotta statues represented the armies of the first Emperor of China, Qin Shi Huang.
When he passed, They were buried with him to protect the emperor in his afterlife.

The Port (TP)
Loved Loved Loved this place!
This sim is a mashup of eclectic art galleries & media.
The Port is a sandbox of sorts for those into machinima, Offering LOTs of resources, & helpful tips.
It also has exploratory tunnels, caves & interactive art to play with.
Enter the building called the “Pencil factory” to see innovative & successful past projects that were launched in SL.
We haunted this place for a couple of hours LOL, & had a BALL here!

Echoes in the Garden (TP)
This is one of several interactive installs in SL, by Artist Rose Borchovski.
Echoes is a continuation of the story on a character named Beth and her Grandchild Lot.
This sad and haunting tale comes about because of war.
Bound by rules restricting them of what they can and cannot do,
Beth and Lot were forced to flee their home because a war had started.
They were separated in all the calamity, and Beth never found her grandchild again.
The Artist injects so much emotion into her creations.
You can feel the fear, the loss and pain of an upcoming war and separation.

Hello & Welcome Exploring Enthusiasts!
Today’s post brings us to the beautiful and elegant Museum Island by Carlolello Zapatero.
There are 21 replicas of the world’s richest architectural and historical landmarks of the Mediterranean.
These ancient wonders are a collection from across France, Iraq, Egypt, Italy, Spain, Turkey, Jordan, & Babylonia of long ago.
Maps and Directories can be found at the entrance and along the paths as you saunter over the bridges & landscapes warmed by carefully placed sunlight.
The Textures used on these ancient masterpieces are phenomenal.
The builder took great care in all details, especially with the shadows showing precise depth and realism.
Each monument will have a board in front, stating the origin and pertinant information of the RL artifact.
We recommend the 2 automated tours set out.
1 is a walking tour for you and a companion. It will walk you thru the entire Isle not missing one square inch.
It’s really fun to do and if you are like me and Revan, You will try to do it a few more times LOL
The second is a boat tour that can hold up to 4 avatars. (We had a friendly avatar join us lol~ Hello Morgan Darkrose!)
This tour will encircle and weave around and through the island to get another perspective of all its beauty.
We hope you enjoy as we have, This sim has been a favorite of mine for 2yrs and counting, Its a dbl thumbs up approval rating ❤

Well Hello There,
After a few weeks of intense exploring, We finally slowed down enough to do a post today. YAY!
There have been a flurry of events that have started., Some well advertised, some lesser known, but all definite gems.
We just had to tell you about this particular ‘must see’.
The Night Market, at The Water Lantern Festival.
It’s a magical event full of Asian-inspired goodies made by the many talented designers in secondlife.
At this time, They also have a fund raiser called “Love to the Philippines.”
The community is showing support for families affected by the Huge & Deadly Typhoon that ripped through the country.
You may donate to this cause by buying from a stall at the gate/landing area.
If you like to take photos, the venue is beautifully decorated, It made us go oooo-ahhh!
We dressed for the occasion and snapped some mementos.
The creative mind(s) that designed this venue made it interactive and fun for all.
Even thou you can wade through knee high waters, There are boats to row and float to each stall while you shopped.
Others had a great time at the popular noodle stand, If you could stand the wait for a free chair, you will enjoy your bowl too lol

Sitting high above the ground, inside the head of the Jetsons’ robot, Rosie, stands a Robot Sanitorium .
Ever wonder what happens to those robots that are just a little…off?
Inside lies the answer….
The sim “Whimsy Kaboom” is home to the many mentally malfunctioning mechanoids of the metaverse.
When you arrive, You will notice they have TP points to other fun areas, located on the left.
We chose The Space floater 1rst, It is fun and makes for sweet photo ops. Pose balls are already in place, Jump on one and You can soar, swing and float among the stars. There are poseballs for you and a friend to have a wonderfully tender dance as well.
It was great seeing Sputnik in the scene as well as a trailing Meteor zipping by, We took Liberties of chilling on them LOL.
Once you are done hanging out in space, Use The rocket ship pad to return to the Entrance of the Sanitorium.
Entering Inside, there’s absolutely no indication you’re inside Rosie’s bland blue head.
The building looks like an old factory, with soot-stained bricks, dark metal grates for the floors, and dirty windows.
Ramps and pipes and machinery are everywhere.
The sanitorium is chock full of robot history, trivia and stressed out mechanical celebrities who needed time out in rehab.
There are PA announcements & warnings not to feed the robots, and to watch out for their cunning behavior.
Rebellion is noticed as we see defaced Laws of Robotics posters marked by an anarchy symbol.
Be sure to check out the wall of historic escapes they are hilarious!
They have everything a clinic would have. Rosie the nurse passes out meds, try one and see the effects, its a hoot!
Stressed Mechanoids sometimes have the need to be evaluated, & air their concerns with someone who will understand.
No appt needed to see the shrink, walk in and lie on a couch, a robot psychiatrist asks if you are having problems with your motherboard.
“Shrinkbot whispers: Have any problems? Let me help you.”
There places of leisure for Bots who are making progress in their counseling and rehab. Passes are merited,Only for those on good behavior. They get passes to visit the Beach on the ground level. Use the TP point at the entrance of the building to hang out down there.,
OR…fancy a nice Hot Oil bath? Oh Look, Bender the Celebrity! Shhh, He doesn’t like to be noticed… look away…look away
Stable Bots also get clearance to spend time in the Robot Sanitorium Cinema.
“Ticket Giver: Please touch the ticket for entry to the robot theater.”
They get to watch TreetTV and classic robot themed movies.
If you think You’d like to experience all this activity firsthand as a Bot?
This infirmary offers the ability to convert your fleshy bioform into a Droid.
Just see Bender the receptionist and click his clipboard for the free avatar. 😉
We hope you have a BLAST like we did, Hubby and I spent a hours in this place.
So much to marvel at, the creators have definitely outdid themselves.
It’s a great place to visit in a group, and I recommend spreading the word.

Greetings Explorers,
In today’s post we take you to the colorful and surreal Banana island nicknamed Pangloss.
This Pink world is inspired by infra-red military photography and the dreams of Bowie Lana Zeplin the Sim creator.
Climb ladders into the sky and take in the view on the backs of giant flying turtles.
Winding tunnels lead to hidden caves where gold plants and flowers make a stark contrast to the pink world outside.
Flying fish, brightly colored birds and butterflies will stir your imagination.
Pangloss Opens officially this weekend and we hope you will enjoy relaxing in the pergola or at the piano as much as we did.

Today we are time traveling again.,
Transporting to a metropolis akin of Chicago’s yesteryear called Seraph City.
Seraph city is a themed sim comprising of shops, cafes, libraries, theaters and anything else that make a city complete.
Feeling a bit out of style?, Well Sonatta Morales’ clothing store is located here if you need a classic look to fit into character.
The sim’s design is Primarily Art Deco, with bits of retro-futurism called Deiselpunk.
Deiselpunk is an alternate version of a future 1950’s from the developed technology and society of the 1930’s, Where the Great Depression never arrived and World War II is still being fought as a prolonged Cold War.
Explore the network of drainage tunnels and Hideouts that run under the city.
But Watch out for the gator!
You may Rez your own vehicle and drive along cobblestone streets lined with Brownstones and luxurious High-rises.
Prohibition is in effect here!, There are speakeasies & posh nightclubs throughout the city.
Join the City Police or become a Bootlegger.
